Congratulations Val and Dave. A meeting of New York and Lancashire (so I was told)… great crowd. Rob and Jason played as The Rollercoaster Cocktail band in the drinks reception. First dance was ‘Hold You In My Arms’ by Ray Lamontagne, played by the band…. beautiful song, and hopefully we did it justice. Father-daughter song was Daydream Believer, which was odd for the band as we usually close the night with it. Later on, the father of the bride joined us to rock out to Jonny B Goode. The night closed with a riotous version of Irish Rover.
We had a fantastic time – great crowd – thanks for looking after us. Best of luck in the future!
