Congratulations Jo and Caron. Gate Street is a lovely venue, and Kalm Catering are great caterers… so Rollercoaster slipped nicely in to entertain the masses. First dance was I’m Yours by Jason Mraz, played by the band. People danced all night, even whilst fish’nchips, cheese on toast, and bacon baps where being handed out, mid way through the evening. One young girl had especially requested Get Lucky, and when we eventually played it, she looked pretty pleased… as did the rest of the wedding crowd. We played right up to the end, save the last song which was DJ’d “My first, my last, my everything” for the bride and her mother.
They were a great crowd, enthusiastic as ever – and Jo and Caron were a lovely couple. Thanks for looking after us, best of luck in the future!
