Congratulation Rhiannon and Will. We arrived at Gate Street, as the wedding party were heading outside for the one portion of the day that it wasn’t raining… a photographers nightmare I imagine. However, they all looked in fine spirits, and we could tell it was going to be a good one!
The original plan was to play a shortened set, then DJ for the rest of the evening. However, the groom came up halfway and said “just play as much as you can, it’s great!!!”… which is nice! So we did, and the crowd filled the dance floor all night long. They were a great crowd, and it was a shame that we had to stop.
Chris was back drumming on his own – after a torn ligament in his shoulder meant he brought in another drummer for the past two gigs, whilst singing and playing percussion. It was great to have him back, and fantastic news that it wasn’t anything more serious
