Seer Green is a lovely village, a mile south west of Chalfont St Giles. We’ve played in the area before, at various weddings and hunt balls. This wedding reception was at Donna and Mark’s home, which also a riding school. The marquee looked great, and as we arrived the South African open air BBQ was in full flow. There was a mobile single decker bus acting as the bar, and with the portaloos allocated to certain areas, there was an almost festival vibe.
It was the full 7 piece band, which is a great format, and with an early start, we split the night into 3 sets, crossing all the genres for the friendly wedding crowd.
Mark and Donna were a lovely couple to play for- the venue was beautiful, with an awesome vibe. Relaxed, but all the small details making it perfect.
