Congratulations Anna and Damian. This was a fairly large wedding, with 200+ guests (and it seemed quite a few Irish – which was a bonus!). With Jason on fiddle, we tore into the set, and the guests piled onto the dance floor. It was obviously going to be a fun gig – and after the buffet, we pushed on, and the dancing moved up a gear. By 500 miles (which was the closing song of the night), there didn’t seem to be anyone seated, and everyone was singing along. Of course, we have to mention the stunning vocals of Damian to a Prince track that the band had never played before (honestly, we were busking it) – he was seriously good, getting the very high notes!!!! And then for the photo at the end, he jumped on the drums and started jamming – with his loving wife watching on!
