Whilst the UK was recovering from the flood, we headed off to Eversely to play David and Holly’s wedding. These guys had seen us at a wedding a few years ago (and seen Alistair performing at his Open Mic night in Guildford)… so they pretty well knew what to expect. First dance, to be played by the band, was ‘You And Me’, and ‘Tribute’ was on the playlist… so it was to be a good’n. The crowd danced away, and Holly pretty well never left the dance floor – she would have to get the prize for the ‘Bride Who Danced The Most’.
It was great playing to these guys – the were extremely appreciative, and very welcoming. Best of luck in the future – see you at the next one!
