Congratulations Julie and Stuart. Very pretty venue, on the way to Cambridge. Great food – succulent lamb with carrots and a layered potato serving (not sure what it’s called). The hall itself was very pretty, and the bar was in the marquee next door. There were many kilts, so fiddler Jason felt at home (yes, as seen on Made In Chelsea). First dance was Yellow by Coldplay, played by the band… great choice, and one we felt totally at home playing!
After much dancing and much drinking! the night came to a close – an energetic, friendly, up-for it crowd headed for the coaches. An easy load out (in the rain) and back onto the M11 for the bands homeward journey…
