Congratulations Laura and Jon. Another great wedding – we were looked after fantastically by the caterers (food was splendid – friendly chef + Lesley who kept us fed and watered!), and the crowd were very friendly, and very energetic. Laura and Jon were a lovely couple – generous and welcoming… have a great honeymoon in Antigua!
Quenby Hall was a lovely setting, driving past long horn cattle on the way in… the marquee is a semi-permanant feature, with a pretty garden area, next to the cottages where the bride and groom were staying (which was handy). Good to see the RFU folk again (last time was at the RFU Christmas Party at Twickenham). The crowd was equally as high spirited at the wedding. Thanks for Phil who joined us on drums for Jonny B Goode – it was a good jam… hopefully we didn’t play it too fast for you!!!
