Congratulations Leona and Lawrence. Great Fosters is a lovely venue – we arrived in darkness, though it is lovely by daylight, with stunning gardens. We chatted with a magician hypnotists before hand – Mike Stoner www.magician-4-hire.co.uk – who wowed us with card trick… would definitely recommend him just from that. The food was lovely – very Christmasy. The show itself was great fun – the dance floor was never empty, and the crowd were fantastic – really up for it… which made it so much easier for us!! Leon and Lawrence were a really nice couple (one of the few couples who saw us play at a public venue before). They went totally for a rock set – it’s rare that we get to play Lithium by Nirvana!!!!
Thanks for to all who looked after us – best wishes to Leon and Lawrence on their honeymoon in South Africa (swimming with sharks, bungee jumping etc)!!
