Congratulations Lucy and Rich.
There was no first dance for these guys – so we just kicked off with I’ve Got A Feeling, at their request, and the wedding party danced the night away! There was a great family feel to the night, with some great dancing from the children, and adults alike (though a sign read ‘No Dad Dancing’… hopefully this didn’t apply to the band). We took a break to chat with various Movember representatives, and enjoy the cheese selection. Set two continued, as the dance floor rocked, with the final song (at Rich’s request) as Irish Rover.
They were a fun crowd – friendly and welcoming. It was great to chat to the father of the groom about shoes… just before he was called to the main hall through the in house pa system, as he was delaying the speeches!
