Congratulations Sean and Jules! A trip to the coast for Rollercoaster, to the prestigious Grand Hotel. Not great for parking, but a great location – right on the seafront. The venue looked great, with helpful and friendly staff.
With a large Irish contingent, we pulled in a few more of the Celtic tracks – it’s great to play I Used To Love Her to a crowd that sings along to the words.
The DJ was going to play during the break – but in his absence, we played straight through, throwing in the new songs such as I Will Wait For You an Ho Hey… To a great reception!
We hit the last song by 11pm, ad handed over to the now present DJ. The last track was 500 Miles, and and it seemed the entire room was on the dance floor….
